What we coordinate

ICC supports owners, investors and designers in the delivery of hotels, resorts and boutique hotels. Its management experience includes four- and five-star properties in Italy and abroad. An appointment may cover the complete process or selected agreed phases.

Guest rooms, suites, reception and public areas are developed by coordinating fixed and loose furniture, wall coverings, flooring and integrated ceilings. Design, budget and schedule inform supplier selection and installation.
