Technical control.
Operational flexibility.

ICC brings more than forty years of its managers’ specialist know-how to the client’s project, combining technical expertise with hands-on management throughout the turnkey process.

This experience has been developed primarily in four- and five-star hospitality in Italy and abroad, as well as private villas, prestigious boutiques, exhibition pavilions, trade fairs, theme parks and public buildings—both new-build and renovation projects.

ICC can join the project from its earliest stages and assume selected activities or the complete assignment, according to the owner’s priorities, schedule and budget.
